Very nice bike - great customer service

I needed another bike so I would have 4 so visitors could ride with us down to the beach (about 2 miles). This bike was too intriguing to pass up. I was not disappointed upon its arrival. Assembly was simple. The only exception is the fenders are somewhat flimsy and fit too close to the tires such that they rub against the tires going over bumps. They at least need to be fit farther from the tires so they don't rub.The bike rides very smoothly and the gear ratios are spaced far apart so 3 is really all you need in relatively flat land. It's really fun to show it to people and have them try to figure out what's different. The very smooth Shimano Nexus rear hub froze after about two weeks; no fault of Sonoma. I called customer servcie at Sonoma and they were very responsive and immediately sent a replacement rear wheel. I look forward to riding it lots more. It's fun and very comfortable.

Chainless bicycle

This is a fun bike - asking people to see if my chain is still on! It's running great. Works well on gravel roads. It came with chipped paint on the fender, but the company sent me new fender(s) so it looks great now. I recommend a slight hesitation when shifting so teeth won't get chipped off the gears. It's a comfortable cruiser.

While this bike is overall a good one - the fenders, however, are its failure. The fenders are flimsy and difficult to adjust where the tires do not rub them.
