The Urban Lady 7 Speed features a classicaly designed frame that has clean simple lines reflective of the original style cruisers. The Urban Lady 7 speed uses a Shimano shifting system which is top of the line. In addition, the brakes are handbrakes for both the front and rear, allowing for fast braking down hills or at high speeds. This model is a great cruiser that will allow you to do a little more high intensity riding than the basic one speed. Cruisers are not just for basic riding anymore, the 7 speeds will allow you to ride farther distances than ever imagined possible on a cruiser.

Seat gets very squeaky

Cute bike when you buy it! Quality is pretty good for this great price. The seat gets very squeaky after a couple weeks. Apply WD40 under seat to long black support connected to seat.

Putting the bike together was very difficult as the instructions were for multiple types of bikes and pictures did not match my bike. However the seller, Beach Bikes, was incredibly helpful and made sure my bike was put together correctly.

We also purchased our 26" Firmstrong Urban Lady through Beachbikes for our daughter who is graduating from 8th grade. Communication from the company, delivery, and packaging were all excellent. Bike looks to be of good quality and I was able to assemble it in less than an hour. She is very happy with it and now has a bike that is unique compared to her friends. I would definitely purchase from Beachbikes again.
