CriticalCycles City bicycles are hand built for the commuter lifestyle with a lightweight tig-welded steel frame and an advanced component set that is ideal for riding around town, on the beach boardwalk, and for exercise. The steel tubing and frame geometry enable a softer ride. Standard on each bike are Kenda Kwest Tires ($50 Value), the perfect hybrid/touring tire designed with smooth rounded tread with large water dispersion grooves. Many upgrades are also included such as front and rear fenders, vintage-style bullet headlamp (batteries not included), a mid-century bell, rear rack, sealed bottom bracket. Upright handlebars will keep your eyes on the road while being easier on your back. Included with your bike are all the tools you need build it in 15-30 minutes. Great Bike!

By far the greatest commuter bike in terms of quality, packaging, colors, and value. I cannot believe that for $300 with free shipping you get a bike that would cost $1000+ in a bike shop! Assembly was easy (first time building a bike) and it was packaged pretty well. Also, when I had a question, the manufacturer was able to help me out over the phone. The frame geometry is really comfortable. I feel like I can sit pretty upright, and the bike is not not heavy at all. Shimano drivetrain with grip shifters are so comfortable and impressive. I've seen plenty of city bikes with thumb shifters or even worse down tube shifters. My derailleur was working great and tuned right out of the box. The tires are awesome. I've put serious miles on this thing and no problems at all. I also think they are a great color and perfect size. It rides nice and smooth on imperfect roads. I also find that the bike is pretty lightweight, not that I ever carry it.... This was a great purchase. Gonna buy the step-through version for my lady soon!
