Solid bicycle for a very very niche purpose

I purchased this full-sized folding bicycle for two reasons:- I'd like a folding bicycle for *storage* purposes (small apartment in nyc)- But I hate the small sized folding bicycles (aesthetics, dumb internal preferences)While the bicycle is quite light at around 24 lbs, it is possible to take this on a daily commute on a train and such, but this is still a big folded bike that takes up some room so I wouldn't recommend it. I've carried the bike folded onto the subway quite a bit and it's not that great due to the unwieldy size. Furthermore, the folding process requires you to pop off the front-wheel which you will have to carry separately or use the velcro strap that comes with the bike to keep the tire with the folded bike.Folding and unfolding the bike is pretty straightforward and really takes less than a minute. There are only two (three if you remove the seat) things to do when folding/unfolding. To put the bike together to ride, you pop on the front wheel and fasten the quick-release, then unfold the bike, push down the quick-release to lock the frame together, then fasten the quick-release on the top tube.The bicycle seems to handle fine? I'm not a very experienced rider and I am only using this bicycle to bike around 5 miles on the weekend to go to the park.Overall, I'm happy with the bicycle because it suits what I need from it perfectly, but if you wish to purchase the bicycle, really consider the reason you want it to be *full-sized* and *folding*. For $700, you can get a pretty good non-folding full-sized bicycle or a pretty good folding small-sized bicycle.
