This arrived intact with no damage. The instructions from Firmstrong are very clear and easy. I put a better seat on itwhich helps since I weigh 270 lbs, that is why I wanted a big strong cruiser. The bike is good riding quiet and smooth, the largetires really absorb the bumps. It is definatly a nieghborhood bike...too heavy for very long distances, but great for goingover curbs and potholes. Recommend this model.

I love my beach cruiser, took minutes to put it together out of the box. Ordered and received it in less than a week. Would recommend beachbikes.net to anyone looking for a cruiser.

Ordered this bike for a gift for my husband and he loves it! It looks really cool and vintage, but is light and easy to ride, a true cruiser. The bike came packaged really well, no damage, and extremely easy to put together. This is the second beach bike we have purchased and both have been sturdy and well made, and a considerable value for being such a well made product. The team at Beach Bikes is also with you ever step of the way in case you have questions or concerns about your purchase, they follow up with an email (received mine on the day of the arrival) with help standing by if you have any questions on the assembly. Not an issue, but in the description they mention matching fenders, the Firmstrong Bruiser has points to mount them, but does not actually come with fenders.The bike was assembled, tires aired up, and on it inaugural ride within twenty minutes (assembly times may vary)! If you are in the market for a cruiser, you cannot go wrong with this or any bike from their shop! I am extremely happy with every purchase from them (bikes and accessories) and recommend them highly to everyone. Five stars all the way, keep on cruising Beach Bikes!
