Good enough

Even though is a heavy bike (35-40), I have found it very fun. I am no professional but I can say that is fulfilling my expectations, I had a minor problem with the front brake mechanisms but contacted kent international ( Jeep just sold the name, dont manufacture bikes) and they sent a replacement set right away that works perfectly, so far I've owned it for 3 weeks, a few flat tires but who doenst get that? I am switching to other type of tubes later on.I will update if anything else arisesThursday 31. While riding in the City, I jumped off a sidewalk and the derrailler completely fell apart. I wondered why did this happened. I will try to describe what I saw, The screw that holds the derrailler was totally...worn, with no grip lines, as well as the base where it is held, in other words, there is no way to screw in back since it is all grinded. It has become a bad experience overall since every time I go out with my bike (which has great aesthetics, but not great quality) is stalling me because of different issues. THIS BIKE IS CLOSE OR NEXT TO A TRAIL BIKE, USE IT FOR RECREATION, CITY OR AS PAPERWEIGHT.Got the dreailer replacement, took it to a local bike shop and an expert told me to ride it until it tears apart because is what is likely going to happen eventualy on the mountain. I am riding in the mountain, I think the only constraint is the weight because it is a hard time climbing through huge stones. Downhill has behaved decently, with a heavy trail. No further commentsAgain, you get what you pay for...

Jeep Renegade Mountain Bike

Overall i am very pleased with the bike. Unfortunately the box mine came in was very beat up which caused significant scratches on the frame of the bike and it came with no instructions for assembly. Most likely they escaped through holes in the box during shipping. Once assembled the bike performs very well and I am pleased. If the box had not been damaged I would have given five stars but I would recommend this product as it is very comfortable to ride off road.
