I major flaw with this bike.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to after buying this bike from amazon. Hopefully, this isn't too long winded.I wanted to get back into biking, and I researched a few inexpensive bikes to get started again. After attempting to find reviews, information, or the manufacturer's details of this Revolution Getaway bike on the internet, little information was found. I thought that I'd take a chance with this bike after looking for, and not finding, a good reviewed Schwinn bike at the local target & wal-mart. BAD IDEA!The first thing noticed when unpacking the bike were two scratched decals on both sides of the bike. I thought no big deal. They're only decals. Then, while attempting to attach the front wheel, I noticed the fork that is used to attach the wheel had chipped and missing paint at the bottom where the wheel axle is supposed to be inserted. Then, with the wheel in hand in the wheel fork area, I noticed that it would not fit and could not be mounted because it wasn't wide enough for the wheel and axle. So, the wheel was taken out of the fork area. After the wheel was removed and looking at the axle fork, I noticed that the axle forks were not welded straight. Both forks are about 10-15 degrees from parallel with the rear tire. Even if the tire could be mounted, it would be at such an angle that it would rub against the inside of the wheel fork. Finally, I noticed a decal with QC Canada Quality. Really! Someone missed some details in their quality control inspection. Other than the inability to attach the front wheel, the bike appeared to be solidly built.This bike appeared to be a previous customer return, probably with the same problem. Needless to say, but this bike will soon be on its way back to Amazon. Lesson learned. Buy a well (good) reviewed bike.
