Great City Bike

I commute 3 miles each way to work on this bike and it is awesome. It's a little weird getting used to at first because I was used to 26" wheels before. It folds up nice and easy and although many people have complained about other brands of fold-up bikes, I have to say that this one is made very sturdy and strong. I have ridden a couple of other brands and none felt as strong as this one. It's relatively light and is very practical for the city.

I didn't expect much because of the low price but I was very surprised when I got it and it had all the best features you would expect on a bike that cost a lot more.Very well built and rides nice. Not as nice to ride as my recumbent but then no upright bike is. I highly recommend this bicycle.

This is my second bike. I have already had a Columba with 26" wheels.It came in a box, already assembled and did not require any adjustments except height of the seat and handle bar. And of course, tyres had to be inflated. Other than that, you can ride it "out of the box".It does not look as awkward as most other folding bikes of this size (Schwinn or Dahon).Easy to fold and unfold. Sturdy, solid construction (more weight as the result).If you get it through company 2ksilver website, you also get a free carrying bag (at the time of this writing).It's only 1 kilogram (2 lbs) lighter than 26" model, but because it's more compact even a small girl can fold it and put it into car's trunk or bag.The ride is completely effortless and smooth, in part due to small wheel diameter. On the down side, even in 7th gear you have to pedal very fast to get any reasonable speed - this bike is slow. So there's positive and negative in having such small wheels - easy to ride and pedal, but not very fast.Changing gears is also smooth, although you probably will never ride it on anything other than 7th gear.Compared to 26" model, this 20" wheel Columba is1. Smaller, 2lbs lighter2. has fenders and trunk3. 7 gears instead of 184. softer seat5. slower6. very easy to ride.7. comes with front wheel already installedI wish it weighed under 20 lbs and had higher gear ratio to go faster.Overall, very satisfied.
