Great bike but bad build experience.

After reading so many positive reviews all over the internet about the bike I decided to pull the trigger on one. When it came in, it was packaged awkwardly, and whatever assembly it had prior to shipping was done poorly. Loose bolts and brakes, shifter deraileur crooked, chain stuck in pedal hub, and the main sprocket is out of round by about a sixteenth of an inch. Doesn't sound like much, but there isn't much clearance around the guides, which also had to be adjusted. The rear frame rail was crooked, bent, and it doesn't look great(see pic> I haven't contacted amazon yet but will after I ride it around a few times to make sure it's safe and reasonably close to 100% operational.As far as the bike itself, the suspension is great, the frame is solid, the seat (as most factory seats) is not very comforable, and the bike feels of good quality. If everything works out, I'll greatly recommend it.
