5Solid beautiful bike.
By SpiffyChee
I bought this bike so that I could take it to college every day (1 mile ride). I'm really not a bike expert, but I showed to few who were very impressed with it.Even though I am not a bike expert I can comment on how well it folds! I can fold it in 10 seconds or less! and it is not much trouble for me to carry it though a hallway. (I'm quite strong and tall though so if you are weak and on the shorter side this may be awkward to carry.)This bike is so convenient for me. I've been taking it to class every day for a month. My teachers don't have any problem with me setting it in the back of the classroom, so I don't have to worry about my bike being messed with since it is always in my possession. Folding this bike seems so much quicker to me than going to find a bike rack and locking up the bike with multiple locks.Folding this bike is no hassle whatsoever! This makes the most excellent college bike! One thing to note: The back rim on mine arrived with the spokes slightly adjusted wrong. My bike friend said it isn't a big deal and I could figure out how to true the rim on youtube or something, but it definitely needs to be adjusted.Don't buy this bike if you don't plan on adjusting it somewhat. Since this bike is sent from the manufacturer without seeing a bike shop first, you may end up needing to make adjustments that you might not know how to do.Overall:Frame: A+Folding: A++Front suspension: Afactory adjustments: B-This is a fully capable mountain bike that folds! There is no other company that makes a product that can compare to this. Dahon full size bikes cut the frame in half which will NOT last long in hard use. The way Montague has figured out to put the folding mechanism within the back of the tube on the frame is ingenious and it truly works! This bike is not a compromise, it is a fully capable mountain bike!If you want a full size mountain bike that folds, there is no other product! I would buy this bike again in a heartbeat. (I'm actually considering buying another for my fiancé so we can throw the bikes in my buick's trunk and drive to some good trails together!)

4Solid bike
By Rodney W. Cope
I got my bike a couple of days ago and have already been out riding. The bike is easy to fold and unfold. The only part that needed adjusting was the front brake which I took carry of myself. It is really nice to be able to fold the bike and take it anywhere. I have a small car and try to add a bike rack was going to cost $400, so this bike works perfect for me. I will add an update if problems occur but so far I like the bike.

1The bike arrived in unusable condition. Montague tricked me into paying a shop to fix it and refused to reimburse me
By Georgi Nikolov
I had to pay $120 extra to get this bike in a working condition. Customer service just wasted hours of my time and didn't pay for anything in the end even though they promised to reimburse me.Before I bought this bike, I read another review mentioned that the spokes had to be adjusted but it didn't sound like a big deal (I thought it was just to get extra performance from it).I was wrong! The bike was completely unusable:- The spokes were so misaligned that the wheel couldn't turn freely (if I turn the bike upside down and spin any of the two wheels they wobble so bad that they hit the brake pads and stop almost immediately).- The steering bar was tilted way down and there were no tools included to unscrew and re-position it.- The brakes were set too looseI was going to return it unless they pay for fixing it so I called OnlineSports and went back and forth multiple times before they told me to contact Montague. The Montague rep promised to reimburse me, if I take the bike to a shop to get it fixed. I specifically asked him to pay the shop instead so I'm not stuck if they refuse to reimburse but he promised they would pay me. So I took it to a store and they fixed everything and charged me $120. I scanned the receipt and sent it to Montague. At that point they refused to reimburse me claiming I got charged too much and offered to send me foldable pedals that are worth $40 or something similar that is equally non-nonsensical. I told them I want a complete reimbursement and they refused. I went back to OnlineSports and they promised they'll reimburse me, if they can't get this figured out with Montague. After that they basically stopped answering my emails and completely ignored me for weeks.I will never buy again from OnlineSports or Montague, and would warn my friends about them.I don't think this is an isolated case. Most regular bike shops spend 30-60 minutes adjusting the bike before they sell it to you. Based on my experience and the other review, I believe Montague saves on cost by skipping this step and letting the customer deal with getting the bike in usable condition.I'll update this review if something new happens but I've lost hope at this point.
