Defective front wheel. Company won't acknowledge email request for new wheel

The bike is very cute and was easy to set up. However I noticed that the front wheel is apparently defective as air will not stay in went trying to pump it. I've had no problems with the rear wheel. I've tried on two separate occasions to contact the company to request a new front wheel to have it replaced but have yet to hear back from them. I'm not impressed.
