Riding comfy for 9 months now

I am 5'9" tall. I love this bike. It is comfortable riding on the streets of New York, not just a smooth bike path. The shocks and comfy seat saves me lots of aches. The higher handlebar is comfortable for my height and it is adjustable for shorter women. It not only adjusts for height but for arm reach as well.I would recommend this bike highly as I'm very happy with this purchase.

All I have to say is after reading the review before I purchased this I was wondering why someone without any mechanical ability would buy something to be assembled, The assembly was straight forward and the adjustments were common bike tweeks. If you can turn a wrench don't hesitate. The bike looks good and is well built even tho it is made in China. The shipping was right on time as well. My wife is happy she can ride with the kids and I.

This bike was so well built that it was a disappointment to have to return it. It was too big. In spite of the great detail on the web page about how to measure to get the correct size, I discovered that my fudged numbers resulted in a bike too big for me to get on and off of. I have since looked at bikes locally for twice the money and they have half the features.The bike has a (sorry for my poor terminology) 2 part handlebar stem. Not only is there a up/down adjustment, but there is a neck to adjust the handlebars further forward or up (toward me). Both tires were spring loaded and the nice wide seat for comfort. The frame was made of aluminum and it came with 21 gears for durability and performance. All these features are not available in the much more expensive bikes available to me locally. I can't imagine any comfort bike that offers so much for a woman taller than 5'4".OK, Kent, now make one in the 13" frame and I will be all over it!The single bad part is the assembly instructions. They must have upgraded the bike but forgot to rewrite the instructions as there were instructions to assembly things that were already assembled and it took more tools than the few that the box and description says you need.All in all, still a good deal.
