Should be called an 18 speed

Bought this for my daughters birthday. It arived on time. All the parts were in the nicely packaged box but after assembly and many hours of adjustment found that 7th gear will not work under a load. the derailer is unadjutable. It will not line up on all seven sprockets so I had to adjust it to be an 18 speed bike or deal with the chain falling off all the time. very disapointed in the quality of this bike. I did contact for a return but haven't heard anything yet.. I hope my daughter understands.. I do not recomend this bike for any one or any age..

Unbeatable Sales has Unbeatable Customer Service!!!!!This is my first Mountain Bike, and I shopped around before purchase; in-store and online. You will not find a Women's Mountain Bike, with a Dual Suspension, Suspension Fork, Shimano Rear Derailleur, and Contemporary look, for this Price. Also note it's a Steel Frame, which I believe to be more durable than Bikes made from Aluminum. I have a friend who did a 3 or 4 foot jump on an Aluminum Bike, and it cracked near the pedal area or something to that effect. What?!! So based on my research and my price margin, this bike is a Best Buy!! I've looked all over the Internet, and this is the best deal for comparable Bikes.As stated before, the staff at Unbeatable Sales are attentive, and can assist you via email or over the phone. Tracy, assisted me via e-mail, responded to all inquiries, and resolved all of my concerns, in a swift manner.Thank you Tracy, and Thank you Unbeatable Sales!!!!!

Ignore the bad reviews, READ THIS!!!

I bought it for my wife and she loves it! Here are the details:The frame is 17 inches (my wife is 5'7, 115 pounds so it fits just right) and the wheels are 26". The bike weight is around 30-35 pounds so the shipping weight they have posted is not correct. As described it has dual suspension, front and rear disc brakes and shimano rear derrailleur. The front derrailleur looks kind of cheap but is ok. It also have grip shifters for changing the gears.In general looks good and girly enough. I'm sure my wife will do ok in the parks and maybe some light off-road trip but keep in mind that if you want a real trail bike you will have to spend a lot more. I think the bike is good enough for the price. I will update soon after we ride it.-----UPDATE----- 3-12-2013After I adjust the brakes and the rear derrailleur the bike is perfect!!! It took me 50 minutes but ok.

just got the punisher bike rode it four times had adjust it two times . the back tire and front tire don't have quick release a must have on a bike but over all i give 3 1/2 stars . i think it put together i the usa or made here ?

Gorgeous...Smooth ride

I love this bike. It rides really smoothly. I went bike riding with my family and had my daughter in the wee ride bike carrier. I thought because it only had three speeds that I was going to get tired really fast. But it turns out that the ride wasn't bad at all. I love the colors. The pictures does no justice on how gorgeous this bike is. Everywhere we went I kept getting compliments. One thing I didn't know is that you can't pedal backwards like you could on a regular ten speed bike. When you pedal backwards it's actually the brakes. It took about one week for the bike to delivery and I assume putting the bike together wasn't so hard. I let my neighboor assemble it for me. I do know from all the bikes he assemble this did take the longest. Because of the fenders.

Love, love, love this bike! I bought the 3 speed automatic and find it so enjoyable to ride since I don't need to concentrate on changing gears. Also, I like the foot brakes - back to basics in the most modern way. (I just purchased the Nirve Fifty-three for hubby.)
